Every Still Shines memorial light is personalized just for you, with your pet's name, photo, and dates — so we want you to feel completely at ease before, during, and after you order.
Before You Order
You'll see a live preview of your pet's name, dates, and photo placement right on the product page before you check out. Please review it carefully, since production begins shortly after your order is placed.
30-Day Love It Guarantee
If your memorial light arrives damaged, defective, or with a personalization error that was our mistake, we will replace it or refund you in full — no questions asked. Just email us at support@stillshines.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll make it right.
Personalized Items
Because each piece is made to order with your pet's information, we're unable to accept returns for a change of mind once production has started. If you need to change or cancel your personalization details, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update it before it goes into production.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel or edit your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it, as long as production hasn't begun. After that window, your piece is already being handcrafted and cannot be canceled.
