Orders and Personalization
When you submit a pet's name, dates, and photo for personalization, you confirm that you have the right to use that photo and grant us a limited license to reproduce it solely for the purpose of creating and fulfilling your order.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are charged at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update prices at any time; changes will not affect orders already placed.
Product Availability
All items are made to order. While we make every effort to fulfill orders promptly, availability of materials or high demand (for example, around seasonal remembrance dates) may occasionally affect production times.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, and design, is the property of Still Shines and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Still Shines is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
